    EASTON — After a Thursday, Jan. 28, meeting to discuss the potential impacts of delaying oyster restoration work in the Tred Avon River and to determine how to proceed with the additional restoration planned, the United States Army Corps of Engineers confirmed Tuesday, Feb. 2, it agreed to delay the work at the request of the Maryland Department of Natural Resources — causing a shift in already secured funding for the project to other oyster restoration projects.
